About us We are Lantea Grupa, Croatia's leading textile retail chain. Today, having successfully completed the transition period and grown into a modern company, we have approximately 800 employees and run 150 shops country-wide. In 2008, we recorded a turnover in excess of HRK 617 million. The Lantea company was formed in 2001 as a result of a merger of two familiar Zagreb textile specialists – Standard konfekcija and Robni magazin. The merger was effected in response to the characteristic challenges of a market faced with the entry of large European chain stores stocking a wide range of products. In 2006, determined to keep up with the global business trends, strengthen our leadership position and establish ourselves as a modern company with international ambitions, we set in motion a major rebranding process aiming at a change of visual identity and structure. As a result of the rebranding strategy, Lantea Grupa has become the umbrella brand incorporating a number of new sub-brands. The existing brands Men's Point, La Strada, Top Sport and Naš dom have continued to exist alongside the new brands Moderato, Centra, Vrtuljak, Momentum and Ritual. Each of our brands is positioned according to range, image, target group and its overall characteristics, and functions separately in relation to the umbrella brand. The points of sale for our sub-brands are selected based on analyses and market characteristics in the hope to meet the needs of our customers as closely as possible. In addition to our long-standing partners, we have, as Lantea Grupa, also earned the trust of a few other prominent international companies. In our 32 monobrand shops we are offering products under established brand names such as Emporio Armani, D&G, Liju Jo, Tosca blu, Mango, Penny Black, Gerry Weber, Elena Miro, Benetton, Basler, Skiny, Camel Active, Navigare, NafNaf and many other. |
